One practice many individuals feel is effective in addressing their self-care needs is meditation.

We are pleased to partner with Stephanie Osborne and Meditate New Orleans to produce a series of meditation videos.

BODY SCAN MEDITATION

This 13-minute meditation focuses on individual parts of the body in order to relax tension.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

This 9.5-minute meditation focuses on awareness and being present in the moment.

PRIMORDIAL SOUND MEDITATION

This 15-minute meditation is a silent mantra-based practice to develop inner peace.

LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

This 12.5-minute meditation strengthens feelings of kindness and connection toward others.

SOUND BATH MEDITATION

This 13-minute meditation develops a deep meditative state enveloped in ambient sound.
